STORAGE AND HANDLING OF RECORD IN BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The quantity of records has grown dramatically especially in business organizations since the rapid development of information technology in the mid-twentieth century. Mostly of these records not only essential and have great value to the business organizations, but also are of concern and essential to the citizens and client of the community. The study discussed in this paper is the storage and handling of records in business organizations which is store and preserve all the records appropriately based on their size, format, and composition. In other meaning records must be protecting and thus preserving, store through appropriate storage facilities and conditions, then ensuring that the record is handled by appropriately staff, and protecting the records if a disaster should happen.
