Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss about disaster preparedness for information agencies such as library, archive, museum and resource centre. Information agencies play a key role within their communities, serving as a community centre and act as the primary access point for individuals to access their need. Furthermore, in this paper also, it will discuss about some of current issues and challenges faces by information agencies such as poor in maintaining management, lack of fund or budget, lack of staff or expertise and lack of disaster salvage equipment and safety.
